    A . We used the candidate's training application because he was a school trainee, and we
    discovered that he almost wrote Buog instead of Boug on the application form.
    B. Our staff encoded the wrong data the first time. The way he thought of was to encode
    another profile in t2mis but he put female gender in the t2mis system. But the processing
    officer of training encodes his training on the wrong profile which is the mention above
    profile.
