3D COLLAGE MAKING
Guidelines
1. Each zone may send only one (1) participant into the contest.
2. The participants are responsible for bringing all the materials they need in the contest.
Should the participants need electrical devices in preparing their collage, they have to
bring their own extension wires and look for an outlet they may use.
3. Each participant shall bring all their materials into the contest venue (Science
Laboratory) on the date and time of the competition. They shall only start preparing their
entry during the official contest time.
4. The participants will be given 1 ½ hour to prepare their collage.
5. Participants who report late into the contest venue shall still be allowed to make their
collage but not will be given time extension. Their working time shall expire with the end
of the official working 1 ½ hours.
6. The collage shall be mounted on 1 pc of ¼ illustration board.
7. Participants are not allowed to use fire and dangerous chemicals in the preparation of
their collages.
8. The 3D collage shall revolve around the given theme.
9. Violation of ay of the above rules may lead to disqualification.
10. The entries shall be judged based on the following criteria:
Message/Content 25
Visual Impact 25
Creativity 20
Coherence of elements 10
Quality of elements 10
Neatness 10
Total 100
11. The decision of the board of judges shall be final and irrevocable.
TugSayAwit
Guidelines
1. Consist of minimum of 30 participants (dancers, musician, and singers are included)
2. Science-math oriented presentation
3. The entry includes tugtugan, awitan and sayawan
4. Accompaniment of music from USB and others is allowed.
5. Maximum of five minutes is allotted to each zone for their performance (including the
setup, entrance and exit)
6. Participants shall sing and dance at the same time.
7. English is only used as medium.
8. Each zone must submit a copy of the lyrics of their entry to each judge.
9. Props should be at minimum and must be from the recycled materials.
