Validity : 30 days from the date of quotation.

GST : GST Extra@ 18%

Completion of Job : The job will be completed within 2 week from

the date of receipt of firm techno
commercially clear order in writing, with
advance payment.

Payment : 100% Advance against Proforma Invoice

Freight Charges : Extra As Applicable.

Note : You have to provide, grease, oil , kerosene,

lubricants (as they can not be transported)
,cotton waste etc. for servicing of machines.
At times one helping hand ( man power) also
may be required.

Note 1 : For some machines , in spite of the best

efforts the machine performance can not be
guaranteed(especially old machines) . In
such a case our responsibility is limited to
achieve the best results & presenting the
facts.

Note 2 : If there are any known problems in the

machine, they should be informed to us well
in advance prior to our visit.

Note 3 : Transportation pick and drop facility and

accommodation will be arranged by the
customers.
