This paper describes a new approach to predicting finger

movement from electrocortiographic data for the purpose of
allowing BCI with neuroprosthetics. The novelty lies in the
method for processing data, and is demonstrated on a
pre-existing dataset, and benchmarks against other works
using the same dataset. The paper is generally clear and
well written, and the topic is of relevance to the IROS
conference. I am happy to recommend it for inclusion.
