Respected Sir,

Sub: Resignation Letter.

It is with both regret and anticipation that I submit this letter of resignation with
immediate effect. I have accepted a position with another company, an opportunity to
further my current career goals. My last day in CDAC will be 04th June 2007.

It has been my genuine pleasure to work for CDAC. I have enjoyed working with
CDAC's fine staff of professionals and colleagues, and will miss my association here. I
wish you and CDAC continued success in all your endeavors.

I will always remain indebted for your continuous guidance and the support given to me
during my association with CDAC NOIDA. Kindly relieve me from my duties from 04th
of June 2007.
