Dear Sir,
Project: Construction and Re-Development of the Red Palace, Riyadh
Subject: Request to Provide Substantiation to Evaluate the Cost Proposal Submitted by Mobco for the
Changes in the Basement Parking Area
While we evaluate the cost proposal submitted by Mobco, we are unable to complete the evaluation process
due to a lack of substantiation. Please submit the following documents at your earliest, to complete the
assessment and recommend the same to obtain the approval of the Client.
1. Approved shop drawings (signed by the Engineer) for the changes
2. Detailed rate breakdown for the new unit rates proposed by Mobco (Rate breakdown must be
supported with 3 quotations for the material)
Please note that these requirements had been previously communicated with Mobco by letters and meetings,
however, no proactive actions from Mobco to fulfill the submittal requirements, other than receipt of some
bickering responses.
