1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2022 re: Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operation of
Parents-Teachers Associations, this Office, directs the field to conduct School Parent-Teacher-
Association (SPTA) election of officers for SY 2023-2024 following the timeline below:

Note:
In relation to the preceding
section, the Chairperson, Vice-
Chairperson, and Secretary shall

Secretary of the SPTA-EXECOM.
Furthermore, the BOD shall
appoint a Collection and
Disbursing Officer from among
its members.
2. Consistent with the DepEd Memo, only guardians legally appointed by a competent court may
hold a position in the Homeroom, Grade Level, and School PTAs.

3. Report of the list of elected officers will be prepared by the Grade Level Chairman following the
attached format.

4. In case of class suspension, conduct of election will be done ONLINE.

5. All advisers are also directed to have discussion on the new school traffic scheme before the HPTA
election proper. Copy of presentation will be provided by Sir Robinson Herpacio and Sir Evandher
Sacare on Monday upon the approval of the office.
