DEED OF REDEMPTION

THIS DEED OF REDEMPTION is made at Karachi on this ______ day of ____________ 2023

BETWEEN

Bank AL Habib Limited, a banking company, incorporated under the laws of the Islamic Republic of
Pakistan and having its Registered Office at Multan and a Branch Office at Buffer Zone Branch Karachi,
through its duly constituted attorneys, (1) Mr.______________________ S/o
_______________________holding CNIC No______________________ and
(2) Mr.______________________ S/o_______________________ holding CNIC
No._____________________ Officers of the Bank, presently posted at its _________________________,
Karachi, (hereinafter called the ‘MORTGAGEE’) of the One Part;

AND

Mrs. Naheed Javed W/o Mr. Muhammad Javed (hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor", which
expression shall where the context so admit mean and include its legal representatives, successors-in-
interest, administrators, executors and assigns) of the SECOND PART

WHEREAS by way of Mortgage Deed dated 30.09.2021 made between the “ Mortgagor” and the
“Mortgagee” above and the same Registered in the office of Sub Registrar, New Karachi
Town, Karachi, Registered # 4690, dated 29.10.2021, the Mortgagor for the consideration
mentioned in the said Mortgage Deed dated 29.10.2021, mortgaged in favour of the Mortgagee the
property mentioned therein.

AND WHEREAS the amount due under the said Deed have been paid by the Mortgagor/Customer in full
and the Bank has agreed to release the said Property to the MORTGAGOR/CUSTOMER absolutely free
from all actions, suits, accounts, claims and demands whatsoever nature.

AND WHEREAS the Bank at the request of the MORTGAGOR has agreed to execute such redemption of
the property detailed in the schedule of property given hereunder.

NOW THIS DEED OF REDEMPTION WITNESSETH that in consideration of all sums due under the
aforesaid Deed of Mortgage having been repaid by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee (the receipt whereof
the Mortgagee doth hereby admit and acknowledge) the Mortgagee does hereby redeems unto the
mortgagor the Mortgaged Property more particularly described in the schedule hereto mentioned and
discharge from all burdens and encumbrances.

AND it is hereby confirmed that the Mortgagee upon execution hereof has no right, title and interest
whatsoever in the said property.

SCHEDULE

All THAT piece & Parcel of Land bearing Flat No. D-250/4, 2 nd Floor, Gulistan-e-Islam, Sub-Plot
No.05, Block No. 04, Plot No. FL 01, Sector 11-A, North Karachi Town Ship, measuring 4000 Sq yds,
or thereabout as delineated upon the plan hereto annexed and thereon colored RED in the
Registration Distrcit, Sub District & city of Karachi abutted and bounded as under ;

ON THE NORTH BY: Sub-Plot No. 06, Block 4

ON THE SOUTH BY: Sub-Plot No. 04, Block 4
ON THE EAST BY : Plot No/. FL-2 B/W C.O.S
ON THE WEST BY : Sub-Plot No. 08, Block 4 B/w Passage

And Said Flat is bounded by Flat No. DF-305/4 above, Flat No. D-206/4 on one side, Flat No. D-204/4 on
other Side, and Flat No. D-105/4 below
