Step A. Draw the ID card background

Step B: Insert a Clip Art Logo

2. Select Insert Symbol Characters or Press CTRL + F11 key on the
keyboard
3. In the insert character box, select the font dropdown and search for
WEBDINGS OR WINGDINGS
4. Click and drag out your desired clip art.
Step C: Type in the Company Name and Address
1. Click on Text tool
2. Click on where you want to start typing in order to show a blinking
cursor.
3. Type your desired text.
Step D: Type the words “IDENTITY CARD” as the heading
Step E: Insert the holders passport photograph.
1. Click on file and select import or Press CTRL + I key on the keyboard.
2. On the import dialog box, select the desired picture.
3. Click and drag on the screen to draw out the picture.
Step F: Type in the holder’s Full Name.
Step G: Type in the Position of the Holder.

Designing Greeting Cards and logos


Step A. Draw a portrait rectangle shape.
Step B: Apply Pattern Fill Effect on the rectangle
1. Click on Fill Tool.
2. Select Pattern Fill.
3. Click on the dropdown arrow then choose your preferred design.
4. Click on OK.
Step C: Draw another portrait rectangle shape and place it on the first shape to
form a border
Step D: Type the words.
Step E: Apply font style on the texts.
4. Click on the text
5. Click on the dropdown arrow beside font lists
6. Choose your preferred font.
Step F: Insert your prepared webdings or wingdings clip art symbols.
Step G: Apply different colors on your objects.
1. Select the item or object
2. Click on your preferred color from the color palletes.
Step H: Follow these steps if your color pallete is missing.
1. Click on windows menu.
2. Select color palletes.
3. Choose default palletes.
