Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I am excited to share with you my passion for the

piano, an instrument that has captured my heart and mind for
as long as I can remember. The piano is an incredible
creation that blends artistry, technique, and emotion into a
symphony of sound.

I know how to play the piano, and I am still learning about the
power of the music on the piano. Playing the piano has always
been a source of joy and fulfillment for me. The ability to convey
emotions and tell stories through the keys is truly captivating, and
I am constantly amazed by the profound impact music can have
on both the player and the listener. Playing the piano allows me
to express my emotions and connect with others on a deeper
level. The versatility of this instrument amazes me, as it can
evoke a wide range of emotions and create beautiful melodies
that resonate with people from all walks of life. Playing the piano
also calms the mind; it helps me improve my mental health.
When I'm stressed, I will just play the piano to reduce my stress.
In addition, the act of playing the piano serves as a form of
therapy for me. It provides a sense of release and escape from
the pressures of daily life, allowing me to channel my energy into
something positive and uplifting. Furthermore, witnessing the
impact that my music has on others brings me immense joy and
fulfillment, reinforcing my passion for this instrument even further.
There are still a lot of things that don't know about the piano, but I
can assure all of you that the piano will also make you happy by
playing it or even just listening to it. When I was just 10 years old,
I heard someone in our church playing the piano, and I can say
that it made me feel so relaxed. Playing the piano really enhances
emotional well-being. It has the power to evoke emotions, and
piano music is no exception. Whether you’re feeling happy, sad,
or anxious, there’s a piano piece that can match your mood and
help you process your emotions. This makes piano music an
excellent tool for self-care and emotional expression. As a human,
I have a deep connection to music, and there’s something
magical about the sound of the piano that speaks to me in ways
other instruments can’t. The rich and versatile tones of the piano
have a way of resonating with my soul, creating a profound sense
of connection and understanding. The gentle touch of the keys
and the intricate melodies allow me to express myself in ways that
words simply cannot. It's as if the piano becomes an extension of
my emotions, providing solace and comfort during both joyful and
challenging times. I once read a piano testimony about a not-so-
sad and not-so-happy average girl's piano journey, she describes
herself as an average girl., She said first in her testimony about
her mental issues and when her first strange symptoms arrived in
her teens while learning piano, She said that she was in poor
health. She couldn’t go for more than two hours without needing
to collapse into a deep nap, and when she stood up too quickly
she lost her sight for about 4-10 seconds and felt dizzy she also
experienced a panic attack late in the evening, and she will just
cry alone feeling so sad and depressed, and if she felt that she
was in pain or she was having a panic attack, she will just go in
her room to play piano, she said that it helps her to feel relaxed
on whatever she is feeling. Playing the piano has a big impact
and helps in her life. She found solace in the melodies she
created, as the music seemed to transport her to a different world
where her health issues didn't exist. The piano became her
refuge, providing a sense of calm and escape from the physical
challenges she faced on a daily basis. My main point here is that
there are so many ways for us to be okay with whatever problems
we are facing, and one of those is the music, the music, and the
power of the piano in our lives. We will be okay, always.
