WHY CHRISTIANS SHOULD

ALWAYS KEEP GOING IN
CHRISTIAN LIFE?

1CORINTHIANS 9:24-26 “Know ye not

that they which run in a race run all, but one
receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may
obtain.
1Cor 9:25 And every man that striveth for the
mastery is temperate in all things. Now they
[do it] to obtain a corruptible crown; but we
an incorruptible.
1Cor 9:26 I therefore so run, not as
uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth
the air:”

Panimula:
Ang Salita ng Diyos ang maliwanag na
nagbibigay ng dahilan kung bakit dapat lamang
ang Kristiyano ay laging tuloy-tuloy sa
pamumuhay Kristiyano.

 1. CHRISTIAN LIFE IS DESIGNED INTO A
SPIRITUAL RACE
(Ang buhay Kristiyano ay inihalintulad ng Diyos sa
espiritwal na takbuhin)

1CORINTHIANS 9:24 “Know ye not that

obtain.”
a. Ang bawat naging Kristiyano ay kasama na sa
espiritwal na takbuhin kaya dapat ay laging
handa sa pagtakbo.
b. Ang bawat tatakbo at makakatapos sa
pagtakbo ay may nakalaang putong o
gantimpala.
1CORINTHIANS 9:25-26 “And every man

LIKE A SPIRITUAL BIRTH AND NEED TO

JOHN 1:12-13 “But as many as received him,
to them gave he power to become the sons of
God, [even] to them that believe on his name:
Jn 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of
the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but
of God.”
1PETER 2:2 “As newborn babes, desire the
sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow
thereby:”
a. Ang buhay Kristiyano ay kapanganakang
espiritwal na nangangailangan ng espiritwal na
gatas, ang Salita ng Diyos.
MATTHEW 4:4 “But he answered and said,
It is written, Man shall not live by bread
alone, but by every word that proceedeth out
of the mouth of God.”
b. Mahalaga ang pagpapatuloy sa buhay
Kristiyano upang maging guro ang batang
Kristiyano.
HEBREWS 5:12-14 “For when for the time
ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one
teach you again which [be] the first principles
of the oracles of God; and are become such as
have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
Heb 5:13 For every one that useth milk [is]
unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he

 is a babe.
Heb 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them
that are of full age, [even] those who by
reason of use have their senses exercised to
discern both good and evil.”
c. Ang bawat nagka-edad o lumagong
Kristiyano ay kumakain ng matigas na pagkaing
espiritwal.

3. CHRISTIAN LIFE IS DESIGNED TO BE A

SPIRITUAL SOLDIER
(Ang buhay Kristiyano ay inihalintulad sa
espiritwal na sundalo ng Diyos)

2TIMOTHY 2:3-4 “Thou therefore endure

hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
2Tim 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth
himself with the affairs of [this] life; that he
may please him who hath chosen him to be a
soldier.”
a. Ang sundalo ng Diyos ay malakas espiritwal
upang gumanap ng mahalagang gawain ng
Diyos.
2TIMOTHY 2:1 “Thou therefore, my son, be
strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.”
b. Ang sundalo ng Diyos ay dapat masumpungan
na matapat na katiwala ng Diyos.

 2TIMOTHY 2:2-4 “And the things that thou
hast heard of me among many witnesses, the
same commit thou to faithful men, who shall
be able to teach others also.
2Tim 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as

4. CHRISTIAN LIFE IS DESIGNED TO BE

SPIRITUAL FARMERS AND LABORERS OF
THE LORD
(Ang buhay Kristiyano ay inihalintulad sa mga
tagapag-ani o manggagawa ng Diyos)

LUKE 10:1-2 “After these things the Lord

appointed other seventy also, and sent them
two and two before his face into every city
and place, whither he himself would come.
Lk 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The
harvest truly [is] great, but the labourers
[are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the
harvest, that he would send forth labourers
into his harvest.”
a. Maraming tagapag-ani o manggagawa ang
sinanay ni Hesus. Pitumpu silang lahat.

b. Ngunit ito’y kulang pa dahil inuutusan ni
Hesus ang mga alagad na manalangin pa ng mga
mang-aani o manggagawa.

5. CHRISTIAN LIFE IS DESIGNED LIKE A

SPIRITUAL COURSE
(Ang buhay Kristiyano ay katulad sa espiritwal na
kurso)

2TIMOTHY 4:7 “I have fought a good fight,

I have finished [my] course, I have kept the
faith:”
a. Ang espiritwal na kurso ay katulad ng
kolehiyong kurso na nagsisimula na pag-aralan
at handa rin namang tapusin.
b. Si Pablo ay nagpapatotoo na siya ay nagsikap
na makipagbaka sa kanyang kurso espiritwal at
kanya ring tinapos ito.

Pangwakas:
Nais ng Diyos na maunawaan natin na ang
buhay Kristiyano ay katulad ng mananakbo na
dapat magpatuloy tumakbo hanggang siya’y
matapos sa dulo ng kanyang espiritwal na
takbuhin. Ito’y katulad din sa ipinanganak
espiritwal na kinakailangang lumago at tumatag
sa kanilang buhay Kristiyano.
