IDENTIFY THE MISSION AND VISION STATEMENT

VISION
The business aims to acquire new customers, envisioned to be the best events organization in the
city and in the region, and wants to partner with different businesses that will help to supply the
materials and important needs of the business.
MISSION
The business wants to take care of the employees by giving them training and simply giving
them motivation. It also wants to plan and prepare sample projects that will be use for future
clients.

SMART GOAL
Goal: Within 3 months, the business will increase its customers percentage (market share) by
approximately 10% or will have 5 new clients, and will have a minimum of 2 market partners,
and this could be done through training and conducting seminar to its employee about being
more effective and efficient in the field, and developing a plan for to resolve unexpected
scenarios and to have smooth and convenient conversation/transaction with future clients.
Specific: The business will fetch new customers by maximizing the available resources that can
be used for promotion, this includes the business social media account.
Measurable: Within a 3 months’ time frame, the business will have 10 new clients and 2 new
business or market partners.
Achievable: The business will develop the plan and will land its pilot launch to check if it is
effective in communicating and gaining more customers, and will continue to develop it if
necessary.
Relevant: The business will use its connection in order to promote the business more, this could
be done by communicating with the previous business partners, and other friends for the
promotion of the business.
Time – based: The business will try to pitch new clients once the plan was already been
finalized, and within a minimum of 1 week to maximum of 3 weeks the business must have 3
cllients.
STANDING PLAN
- The business will create a contract stating that the clients should pay 50% of the total
events quotation (amounts payable) in order to confirm the booking. If the clients want to
cancel the contract, half of the downpayment will be hold by the business, and it should
be made at least a month before the scheduled event. Any cancelation that does not meet
the requirements, will be denied.
A SINGLE USE PLAN
- The business will choose one client for each celebration (a wedding, a debut, or a
birthday) wherein they will offer their service for free in exchange of the client’s
testimonies and will use the photos and videos from the event for promotional purposes.
The said videos and photos will be presented to the future clients of the business.
CONTIGENCY PLAN
- If I some circumstances that the chosen events host will not be able to attend, there are
trained employees in the team that can replace the host. But this should be done upon the
approval of the clients.
