My name is Juan Ponce and I am an English student in ATS and student in

CBTis 103. I am inspired by my family, especially my father and mother,
because they support me in everything. We are fun and join. I played
football soccer, I loved it, because I’ve been playing since I was 4 years
old. Thank you!

Where do you play soccer? Do you come from a big family?

At the UAT with my soccer team. No, I don’t. My family is small but there
are people in my family that I don’t know.

My name is Janet Bautista I am a student in ATS and preparatory course in

IEST Anahuac. Apart from the inspiration that my parents generate in me,
landscapes inspire me a lot, they make me feel happy because everything
is beautiful. I hope someday to be part of a construction company where
we can reflect dreams in a house, and design landscapes.

Hi! My name’s Daniela, I’m an engineer student in ITCM. Personally my

parents are an inspiration for my life but the moon is my biggest
inspiration because it’s beautiful and so confident. Yeah, that’s it, because
the moon hears you and doesn’t judge you, I admit, this stranger but it’s a
reality to many people like me. There’s a phrase that says “The moon
walks slowly but crosses the world”, this is something I want to do with
my life.

Hi! My name is Jessica Sanchez and I´m an English student in ATS and
student in UAT, I´m a nurse. What inspires me the most are the landscapes
and listening to music since it makes me very relaxing, they keep me calm
and allow me to focus, have more imagination, think things better and get
inspired.

When I am inspired I feel very calm and many ideas begin to arise in my
mind. One day I hope I can have my own pastry and be a great nurse.

Hello, my name is Andrea, I am 18 years
old, I study nutrition, now in 3rd semester.

I chose this picture because it reminds me

of someone who is very brave, this person
taught me that all things are possible when
you work for it. ("don't give up, you can do it

When I am inspired I feel safe and happy. Usually I use music for
inspiration. I hope to be a good nutritionist committed to my patients, to

Hello! My name is Nadia. I'm an English student and I’m an IT professional.

For now, I’m an accounting assistant because of my job (but it has something
to do with 40% of the degree I studied). I inspire God, my family, the music,
the photos, birds and reading. God inspires me because He gives me life and
the opportunity to love, share and enjoy. My family has taught me a lot about
life and work.

I enjoy taking pictures because I capture memories of nature, people,

landscapes or unique moments. Also, I love listening to music and I enjoy
playing guitar and teclado. In the future I would like to work as an IT
professional (in the areas of support, web, programming, OS or multimedia)
either in a company, in the same one where I am working or as a freelance. :)

I find it interesting, but what kind of books do you like to read?

The Bible, books that talk about History in general, Complete guitarist's
guide, books about mathematics, technology, design, music, Selections
Magazine (some editions), Human Development, those that talk about nature
in general, just to name a few.
Hi! My name is Sebastian. I’m 19 years old. I live in Tampico. I’m studying
physical therapy and I’m studying English.

I chose the first picture because it motivates me, because at some

moment I could help a lot of people (it's my goal). When I see these kinds of
pictures, I remember my sister, because she had a problem and I saw the
people helping her. She’s my inspiration. But another thing inspires me.
The sunsets are relaxing me. I love to see the sunsets, my dream it’s be in
a lot of countries and take a picture in the sunset.
 Hello! My name is Zaira. I’m an English student in the ATS and also an
International Business student at ICEST Campus 2000.

What inspires me are my family, and to see the sunrise and sunset,
because in the case of my family they are always supporting me and
encouraging me to be a better person and for another side I’m inspired
by the sunrise as it is a good way to start the day. And in the case of
sunset it is a relaxing and beautiful way to finish the day.

 WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
My name is Pamela Silva and I am an English student at ATS and a student at
UP (Universidad Politécnica de Altamira). My inspiration is my mother and
my next baby. My mom taught me to be independent since I was little so I
found a hobby which is baking. I really like making desserts. It is one of my
favorite hobbies apart from training in the gym. Making desserts relaxes me
and I learn new techniques, I have never been to cooking classes, however I
learned watching videos on YouTube, it all started when I was in high school,
the first thing I did was cupcakes, I took them for a gift exchange, I I like my
colleagues and they asked me where I had bought them. Later I made
desserts to sell, my colleagues, teachers, neighbors bought me, little by little I
grew up and made a page on Facebook, I bought my tools to work, my oven,
mixer, currently I still sell desserts. One of my goals is to have a local and
that more people try my desserts.

I work in the port of Altamira and I really enjoy my job because I learn so much. I

 WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
Hello! My name is Jessica Beatriz Hernández Meza, I am special education
teacher, my students inspire me, since many of them have some disabilities
that represent a challenge for me to teach them spanish and mathematics,
especially autistic children to improve their conversation with people and
to learn to read and write, add, subtract, multiply and divide in the case of
other disabilities such as intellectual or auditory with which I am supported
by LSM (Mexican Sign Language) I am supported by an interdisciplinary
team made up of Psychologist, social worker, and communication teacher
and sometimes we are accompanied by our director of USAER (Regular
Education Support Service Unit). I love working as a teacher since I see
that my students are excited to learn when they have managed to
overcome a learning or lesson, and they stay motivated, they even manage
to acquire many of them great skills, most manage to go to high school
with their respective curricular adjustments. I miss my students. I already
want this pandemic of COVID to pass.

Do you know or would you like to learn LSM (Mexican Sign Language)?
Hi! My name is Salma, I´m 26 years old and I live in Tampico, Tamps. I really like
this city because it is beautiful. I am an English student at American School of
Tampico and I also work here. I graduated 5 years ago from Environmental
Engineering from the UVM.

My family is the only thing that inspires me because it is the most important for
me and makes me feel very happy. My family is everything and my son is my life,
without them I could not be inspired. It also inspires me every time I get up
because each awakening is a gift from God.

Hi! My name is Gabriel Sánchez and I’m an English student at ATS and a student at ITCM in
there I study industrial chemistry and I'm in the 4th semester, and mainly inspires me to end
my studies and that my parents are prouds of me, I chose the first image because normally
when I feel a little trapped, confused or stressed with something, I like to look the sky, more
precisely the clouds, look at the vastness of some of them gives me peace and a little calm
I don't know because that happens, but that help me.

The second image is basically the same, at night I like to look at the stars and know how to
locate them and differentiate them by their names. Many times I share it with my friends
although we don’t share the same tastes. It inspires me know that with effort, work, and
dedication someday I will be able to see them more..

WHAT INSPIRE YOU?

My name is Cristopher Raymundo Martínez Sánchez. To begin, I’m a junior high school
teacher and I teach second grade in my school. On Saturdays, I’m an English student in ATS,
but I don’t live in Tampico city, because my job is in Gonzalez, but in the future, I will be
working here.

What inspires you? It’s a fantastic cuestion. My first reason is my job, because I teach all
subjects in junior high school, including English . Furthermore, I’m trying to be a good
teacher like my father, he’s a teacher too. Then, I’m proud of myself, because I support my
English classes and I need to improve my English teaching form for my students.

I’m not very good at sports, but I like reading scientists and love books, it’s a fabulous skill.
Also I love math, physics and chemistry problems, because this is very fantastic to me.

semester, I am 16 years old

What inspires you?

In my life there are many things that inspire me, but the
one that inspires me the most is seeing my parents
happy, because I know I did well and it also inspires me
to be a naval captain, because from the moment I saw
that he was traveling in boat on the ocean, I really liked
it and decided to go to that school. I would like to be in

I would really like to speak this language because it

is very important in the world. I inspire my family, my
dreams, and my goals. I want my parents to be
proud of me. All day I woke up in my bed thinking in
my dreams and my goals. I want to be an important
person also to make a difference.
