TRAINEES POLICIES/GUIDELINES FOR NSTP CWTS

1. Proper haircut of white sides for men, pony tailed hair for women, should follow personal hygiene and grooming that
will be inspected by the teacher during formation, dyeing of hair is prohibited.
2. Attendance will be checked before and after each meeting/activity (whetherinside or outside the schools premises).
3. Wear or pin your school ID properly at all times
4. Come on time, late comers will be given punishment, this for disciplinary purposes only.
5. Honesty is always the best policy, try to practice it daily. Cheating shall be punished with a failing mark in the course.
6. All students/trainees must secure and till up properly the NSTP CWTS Trainees Information Sheet and submit 1"x1"
recent colored picture.
7. Before a student/trainee be allowed to join any off-campus activities or immersions, the student shall submit a properly
filled-up and signed by parent/guardian consent/waiver slip to the NSTP Coordinator Facilitator and be forwarded to the
NSTP CWTS Office before the scheduled activity, failure to do so, will deprive the student/trainee from joining the said
activity/immersion.
8. All CWTS trainees are expected to act in accordance with the accepted norms or standard of behavior inside or outside
the training area.
9. Trainees who failed to cooperate with the usual training procedures or those
who display acts of disrespect are immediately reported to the Head of the NSTP or to the Teacher/Facilitator for
appropriate disciplinary action..
10. Silence in passing the corridors, ascending the stairs, leaving the class and taking examinations should be strictly
observed. Stamping of feet, howling. shouting, and boisterous laughter should be avoided.
11. Sexual/sensual display of intimacy, public display of affection is strictly
prohibited in and within five (5) hundred meter radius of the campus
12. The wearing of earrings, baseball caps (head gear) is prohibited inside the school premises. Earrings and cap will be
confiscated.
13. Student trainees are required to wear dark maong pants, CWTS t-shirt and cap, and rubber shoes, wearing of ID is a
must.
14. Student trainee is required to maintain the standard of conduct/proper decorum in and outside the school. Any trainees
who does not measure to the expected standard may be requested to withdraw from the training after the disciplinary
procedures has been undertaken by the office of the NSTP for appropriate sanction.
15. Student trainees should form a group/team composing of twelve (12) members and should elect for their leader and
assistant leader who will then assist the facilitator.
16. Always think and apply the basis of camaraderie, unity and purpose of explicitly to make the NSTP CWTS objectives
be a reality and apply this for the benefit of the community.

18. Attendance: All absences obtained by students should have an equivalent make- up works that should be in agreement
of the student and the teacher/facilitator. In excess of three (3) absences means drop from the list
19. Come to class on time.
20. Turn-off or place your cellphone in silent mode during lecture hours to avoid destruction of the trainings
discussion/lecture.
21. Break time should be done only inside the campus for fifteen (15) minutes, trainees are not allowed to go outside the
school unless otherwise with proper approval from the instructor.
22. Always make a team formation before entering the classroom to avoid undisciplinary acts and perform orderliness and
discipline among the group.
23. When the trainee is already inside the classroom, he/she should maintain silence especially when there is someone
talking or doing lecture in front of the class.
