PROJECT: DESIGN AND ENGINNERING OF FLUX CONVEYOR.

Scope of Work:

The scope of work of the bidder shall consist of design, manufacture, inspection, assembly, and painting at
manufacturer’s shop, supply and transportation to site, supervision during testing & commissioning, if required of
Flexible Pin-Bush coupling at site.

Technical Specification and Data Sheet

The High speed coupling shall be heavy duty Pin-Bush type flexible couplings with proper sealing.

Couplings shall be sized for minimum service factor 1.5 calculated on motor power.

Couplings shall be provided for lateral, angular and longitudinal misalignment of shaft.

The bidder shall submit following technical drawings & technical data/ information with offer for Flexible Pin–Bush
coupling.
a) General arrangement drawing showing all dimensions.
b) List of commissioning spares
c) List of spares for two (2) years normal operation and maintenance.
d) List of special, maintenance tools & tackles, if any.
g) Tentative weight of the coupling.

Painting: Painting shall be as per manufacturer’s standard.
