In the exigency of service, you are hereby designated as Sports Club Adviser of Paliparan III
Senior High School effective September 18, 2023.

As such, you are expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Direction: Provide overall leadership and direction to the sports club, helping
to establish clear goals and objectives for the club.
2. Club Administration: Assist in the administrative tasks necessary for the operation of the club,
such as managing finances, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
3. Recruitment and Retention: Help with recruiting new club members and retaining existing
ones, ensuring a diverse and inclusive membership.
4. Facility and Equipment Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of sports facilities and
equipment, coordinating with relevant authorities or departments.
5. Team Organization: If applicable, assist in organizing and managing sports teams within the club,
including scheduling practices and competitions.
It is understood that this designation is temporary and may be rescinded anytime for the best
interest of the service and does not come with additional renumeration.

GOLDEN EAGLE SPORTS SOCIETY (GESS)

“Golden Eagle Sports Society serve various purposes, and our primary objectives aim to provide
a platform for every student-athlete and non-student-athlete to engage in sports and related
activities, fostering physical, mental, and social well-being.”
Here are reasons why you should be in our sports society;

1. Promoting Physical Fitness: GESS encourage physical activity and help

members maintain a healthy lifestyle. Regular participation in sports can improve
cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and overall fitness.
2. Skill Development: Our society will help honing specific sports-related skills by
participating to trainings and practices of various sports for athletes to improve their
abilities.
3. Competition: We the Golden Eagles are known competitive when it comes to
sport, so the GESS will facilitate and be the ever-present help for our athletes compete in
various leagues, tournaments, and matches. We will be also responsible for all the sports
equipment and facilities.
4. Team Building: Sports will not be complete enough without promoting
teamwork, cooperation, and camaraderie among members. Team-building activities will
help our student and athletes to develop social skills and foster a sense of belonging.
5. Social Interaction: Our club will be of great way to have social environment
where everyone with similar interests can meet, make friends, and build social networks.
This sense of community can enhance mental well-being and reduce social isolation of all
members and athletes.
6. Recreation and Leisure: Our club will provide a recreational outlet, allowing
members and athletes to enjoy their favorite activities and hobbies in a structured and
supportive environment.
7. Leadership and Volunteer Opportunities: Our club will not solely focus on
competing but will be your training ground to be volunteers and leaders to any activities
we may have in and outside of school.
8. Personal Growth: GESS can contribute to your personal growth by building self-
discipline, perseverance, and resilience. Athletes and members will learn to set and
achieve goals, which can be valuable skills in all aspects of life.
