You are a senior executive in the human resource department in your company. Every year, your
company organises a company getaway for all staff members. This year, you have been requested
to propose three (3) location in Malaysia to cater to 200 staff members.

In your proposal to the head of human resource department,

• state the purpose of the proposal;
• suggest three (3) locations;
• compare and contrast the three locations based on the cost, location, activities available,
transportation required and capacity;
• highlight two (2) strengths and two (2) weaknesses of each location;
• provide your verdict based on your analysis on which would be the most suitable location.

Your proposal should be about 1000-1500 words.
