1. How to install Lenmark3DS

The first time the computer uses lenmark software, install the software first: the
steps of software installation and the first time to open and use the software are
shown in the figure below,When installing and using the software, Please supply
power to the board first, connect the USB of the board to the computer，and plug the
dongle into the computer.First find the software folder, in our U Disk, as shown
below;(The installation method of Lenmark3D is the same as Lenmark3DS,).

2. How to add authorization file
The first time you open the desktop and install the software, there will be such a
prompt as shown below; the first use of lenmark3D and lenmark3DS software needs
to import this authorization file.After the authorization file is imported, it can be
used.
3. Lenmark3DS and Lenmark3D software Setting:

If you open the software, close it first.Then right-click the icon on the desktop of
Landmark3DS or Landmark3D and click Properties. The Properties dialog box will pop
up. Click to open the file location, as shown in the following figure:After the
galvanometer model and agreement, the laser parameters are set,These two
softwares can be used normally.These two software must be used separately,
otherwise when one is used, the other cannot be opened.

4. How to find the focal length according to the required format:

The working format of this equipment can be selected as 100x100, 200x200, The
following instructions take 100x100 as an example to illustrate。Find such a label on
the appearance of the device. As shown in the figure below, each working format
corresponds to its own focal length. First, the user needs to determine how much
working format he needs to use. For example, if you want to use a 100x100 format,
its corresponding focal length is 114mm. The ruler measures the distance from the
bottom surface of the galvanometer to the surface of the workpiece as 114mm, as
shown in the figure below.

After finding the focal length of the corresponding format with a ruler, find the
strongest light by adjusting the knob under the galvanometer. It Can work,As shown
below.

5. How to choose the required format in the Lenmark3DS software:

Note: The format of 100x100 is used here to illustrate, other format
selection methods are the same.
After completing the above settings, double-click the icon on the desktop, open the
software, and select the working format according to your needs.First, after selecting
the working format in the correction window,The software automatically changes the
correction coefficient,(The correction coefficient refers to the outermost surface of
the three-dimensional model) ， The second is to import the correction file in z
correct(The correction file contains the correction of the working depth of each layer
in the 3D model and the correction of the lowest surface). As shown below:

Note: Click the correction option, select the desired format, click apply,
and then in the z correct option, import the correction file of the
corresponding format, and click apply.After correct and z correct are
selected in the corresponding format, it can work normally.
6. Introduction to the use of Lenovo3DS software:

6.1 Plane marking：
Note: Because the working depth of the format corresponding to
different types of machines is inconsistent, here we use the 100x100
format corresponding to the working depth of 20 to illustrate.Subject
to the depth parameter in Z calibration in the machine settings
For example, if you need to mark a square on the plane, you need to select the
square, and enter the position of the Z axis in the property bar. Let's take 100x100 as
an example. The maximum working depth of 100 is 20 and the maximum depth of
the Z axis position must be entered. Import the vector file, as long as it is a plane
marking, the z-axis position must be input according to the working depth of the
format. As shown below:

After inputting the graphic size and position, first remove the check from the default
parameters, and set the filling and marking parameters as needed, such as filling
spacing, filling angle, filling method, marking speed, frequency, pulse width and
power parameters. You can mark .

6.2 How to mark files in 3d format

Note: In the 3D working space, you can import a graphic in STL format,
or draw a plane graphic for marking, but it should be noted that the
highest point of the object to be processed must be the most surface of
the three-dimensional working space, that is, the Z axis Highest

position. If you want to engrave 3D graphics, you must use measures
such as blowing during the marking process, otherwise the deep
markings will accumulate debris in it.
7. Instructions for the Lenmark3D software

Double-click the icon on the desktop to enter the software interface. First, set the
parameters such as the material number of the galvanometer, working format, and
protocol of the galvanometer, as shown in the figure below:

You can draw graphics in the software, add text, or import vector graphics according
to your needs. You can set the object size, fill, and set marking parameters. In order
to achievethe best marking effect.
