    Refer to student’s work outside the classroom such as field notes, observation and
    interview reports, or documentation of take home activities – individual or group.

    ATTESTATIONS
    Are evaluative notes of the teacher. Entries may be in the form of scoring rubrics,
    rating scale, or checklist which contains the instructor’s remarks (comments,
    suggestions, or recommendations) on your performance or output.

    PRODUCTIONS
    Sample evidence are student’s learning goal per unit, narratives, and reflective
    essays.
