Main comments for site visit on 01 10 2023, Penthouse Columns

1. For any changes client should inform the consultant and after confirmation in the
group only shall be implemented on the site
2. Complete the elevation works pending ….
3. Make sure proper covering is added and ring spacing is corrected – ring to be
perpendicular to the main bars. Send corrected photos and confirm
4. for concreting after confirmation Use Grade 40 Ready-mix concrete for casting
of columns . At the time of concreting, concrete temperature shall be less than 30
degrees, slump test should be between 12 - 15cm and concrete shall be used
within 2 hours from dispatching from batching plant. Do curing continuously for
7 days by putting hessian cloth on all sides. Cube test and slump test should be
taken. Keep minimum 3 working vibrators. Foreman and site engineer should be
present during the time of concreting. Quality of concrete contractor solely is
responsible. Make short photos and videos during concrete and after DE
shuttering and share here please.
