ABSTRACT
The Aim of this project is to create a Real time heath monitoring device which aims to measure the
temperature, blood pressure, Electrocardiogram and Pulse of the respective patient, and then to
transmit the collected information to a remote server. The complete parameters of the patient can be
accessed and monitored by the health professionals along with various preprogrammed alerts set to
indicate sudden changes or fluctuations in the measured parameters. The health professional can
monitor the patient vitals by accessing the server with the given credentials. This Real Time health
monitoring device can be very useful when the doctors are not available at the physical location, and
they can easily manage the patient remotely.
