PURPOSE OF CURRENT INTERNSHIP

To obtain an internship in taxation laws preferably Income Tax. In the recent semester, I have
completed the course of Tax Laws which revolved around CBDT and the collection of taxes and
I want to pursue this further.

  Working with a specialized advocate gave me a lot of exposure to trial procedures and
made me familiar to various documents which are prepared in a case file such as Bail,
Writ, FIR, Charge-sheet, C/D etc.

 Prepared case briefs for my senior and did many researches and fact-findings.

 Carried out various field operations especially in Child marriage, Child labour and
Bonded labour cases, where we rescued children which were in need of care.
