Online Interview Tips

Preparation is key to a successful interview. You need to prepare properly to make the right impression.

You have already received an email from us containing the following:-

1. Date and Time for your Online Interview

• Please confirm your Interview Time.
2. Details of your Individual Zoom Interview with Instructions and Link
• Please ensure you have downloaded Zoom prior to your Online Interview.
3. Online Interview Guidelines – Please review the below carefully
• Professional business clothing. You will be required to stand up so please ensure you are suitably
dressed for your Interview.
• Please ensure you are available and ready at least 5 minutes before your Interview Time.
4. Please ensure you are in a quiet location for your Individual Zoom Online Interview
• Please ensure there are no distractions or loud noises.
• Switch off your mobile phone completely so that it doesn’t ring or vibrate and disturb the interview.
5. Please ensure you have your original Passport with you
• You will have to show this to your Recruiter
6. Doing research = Knowing details about the position and the company
• Research the company’s main business activities, the number of people they employ, their route
map, aircraft type etc.
7. Knowing your Curriculum Vitae (Resume) inside out
• Update your Curriculum Vitae (Resume); ensure that everything from and including High School is
accounted for. Put the start and the finish date of all your activities and gaps in this format: MM/YY
Start and MM/YY Finish.

• You must use the Curriculum Vitae (Resume) Form provided. This is a requirement.
8. Preparing the Correct Documentation required for your Online Cabin Crew Interview
• You must have a valid European Union Passport, which is valid for more than 1.5 years or physical
Proof that you have applied for your European Union Passport. ID Cards are not acceptable.
• Please ensure you have a copy of your Curriculum Vitae (Resume) available to refer to during your
Online Interview
9. Practicing your interview answers
• Practice giving the answers to typical questions out loud and at an even pace. Record yourself if
necessary to find out if you are speaking too fast.
10. Preparing how you will look on the day

• Dress appropriately in professional attire in order to project a positive attitude.

11. Available on time

• Ensure that you are available at least 5 minutes before your scheduled Online Interview Time Slot.
12. Correct Attitude

• Be polite, friendly, and confident. Remember a Smile is Universal.

• Maintain good eye contact.
• Relax with some deep breaths and act naturally.
13. Typical interview questions

• Why do you want to be Cabin Crew?

• Tell me about a time when you had to pay attention to what someone else was saying, actively
seeking to understand their message.
• Tell me about a situation where you had to solve a problem or make a decision that required careful
thought. What did you do?
• Tell me about a time when you worked successfully as a member of a team. What was your role?
• What do you do when priorities change quickly? Give me one example of when this happened.
• Give me an example of something you’ve done in previous jobs that demonstrates your willingness to
work hard.
• Give an example of how you adapted to a changing situation.
14. Fluent in English – practice English language thoroughly especially if it’s not your first language
