28, May 29, June 10, June 07, June 11 and June 12, 2023, addressed to TransUnion CIBIL disputing certain information
in your CIBIL Report.

2. In order to resolve inaccuracies on your report, we request you to provide us with the disputed Account Details such
as Credit Institution Name, Account Number pertaining to your disputed accounts and Control Number of your CIBIL
report. On receipt of the same, we shall assist you with further clarifications on your TransUnion CIBIL Report.
3. We would like to inform you that the concerns raised by you regarding refund, charges, amount transfers, loan
applications and scan and pay with respective Credit institutions, we request you to contact them for assistance.

4. Further, with reference to your concern pertaining to Experian and CRIF report, we express our inability to assist you
in this regard. We request you to contact the relevant Credit Information Company for further assistance.

5. The decision to grant a loan or credit card is at the discretion of the Credit Institution based on their credit policies
and it is not based solely on CIBIL score.

We would also like to inform you that the disputed sections in your CIBIL report will be marked as ‘Under Dispute’ until
your dispute are resolved. This will help the Credit Institutions identify dispute details raised by you.
