aspect of your life, from how you communicate to how you carry out your daily chores.

education. Students can use email to improve productivity through self-directed and collaborative
learning, improve literacy with writing activities geared to authentic audiences, gain comfort with tools
and skills essential for today's workplace, facilitate ESL and foreign language learning, cultivate
knowledge and cultural understanding through real-world email exchanges, gain increased access to
technology, provide new opportunities for students without home-based access, and cultivate

E-mail is appropriate correspondence for every reason that a message could be used for. If the
topic might be benefited from debate, or if you believe the individual would misunderstand or respond
negatively to the information, it is probably not an effective method of communication. Users should

Information technology is highly regarded in the business world due to the direct benefits it

at once, no matter where you are in the world. However, there are more advantages to IT than what
may be seen on the surface. IT enhances communication, reduces expenses, fosters strategic planning,
secures information, and bridges cultural divides. On the other hand, downsides include a decline in
human job chances, employees becoming anti-social as technology advances, excessive reliance on
technological devices, implementation and regulatory compliance expenses, and an increase in data
rules.
