Dear OUR VALUED UNIT OWNERS AND TENANTS:

Please be informed that on January 7, 2023, from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM we will have a
temporary water shut-off along Cypress Street (4 hours maximum) This is to drain stock
water and replace the damaged parts of our pipeline.

With this, we advise residents near the area to make the necessary preparations for the
scheduled water interruption. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
