OUR SCHOOL
Bali Culinary Pastry School was started in 2016 with an
objective to provide industry access programs in culinary and
pastry world. Our school recognize the importance of having
professional industry standard facility, giving an opportunity
for those who are interested in developing their professional
skills.

Over the years, we have trained 274 full-time students and


more than 361 part-time or short courses students, who have
come from various regions across Indonesia. By 2022, our
students represent 64 cities across Indonesia and 6 different
countries around the world.

the hands-on training you need to become a skilled chef
and/or culinary entrepreneur.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?


Foundational techniques of culinary and pastry arts.
Everyday hands-on practice in industry-standard kitchen.
Potential to be a successful entrepreneurship in food industry by crafting
a unique Pop-Up Restaurant experience.
Entrepreneurial skills with study in some elective classes, such as human
capital management, finance, marketing, kitchen and restaurant designs,
leadership and other subjects.
Real-world experience through 6 months internship at 5-star international
brand hotel or fine-dining restaurant.

STRUCTURE 70% Practical Class and 30% Theory Class

This 18-month program provides a comprehensive education in culinary and pastry arts. The first semester covers
the basics of culinary and pastry bakery, while the second semester focuses on mastering pastry skills. Program
includes an internship to enhance practical skills and provide well-rounded culinary education.
