Job Description: Plant and Production Manager (Brake Oil, Engine Oils, Coolants, Grease, Battery Water,

and Transformer Oil Manufacturing, Blending, and Quality Control)

specialize in the production and distribution of high-quality brake oils, engine oils, coolants, greases,
battery water, and transformer oils. With a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and strict quality
control, we cater to the demands of customers both domestically and internationally.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant and Production Manager to oversee our
manufacturing, blending, and quality control operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for
ensuring the efficient and effective production of our diverse range of automotive chemicals while
maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

a. Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities related to brake oil, engine oils, coolants,
greases, battery water, and transformer oils.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations throughout the production
process, from raw material procurement to finished product packaging.

c. Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary improvements to


optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

d. Oversee inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and preparing forecasts
for raw materials and finished goods.

2. Manufacturing and Blending:

a. Manage the manufacturing and blending processes of various automotive chemicals, ensuring
compliance with industry standards and regulations.
b. Develop and implement production procedures and best practices to enhance product consistency,
efficiency, and quality.

c. Collaborate with the Research and Development team to introduce new products, improve existing
formulations, and conduct feasibility studies for production scalability.

3. Quality Control:

a. Set and enforce stringent quality control measures to guarantee the integrity and conformity of all
finished products.

b. Implement and maintain an effective quality management system to ensure adherence to national
and international standards.

c. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

d. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to investigate and resolve any product non-
conformities or customer complaints promptly.

4. Team Leadership and Training:

a. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the production team, promoting a culture of
excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

b. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.

c. Monitor employee performance, address any performance issues, and promote a safe working
environment.
