In connection with my application for employment, I undertake that investigative background inquires shall be made about me
including but not limited to collecting, processing, storing , using, transferring , maintaining my Personal data, sensitive Personal
data (if required for verification), cibil score, education verification, employment history, criminal convictions, motor vehicle
records check, workers’ compensation, National Identity Verification; Drug Test; Finger Print Verification; Address Verification
,references from professional and personal associates as maybe applicable and any other check as found relevant for the profile
and others.

These reports shall include information as to my character, general reputation, work habits, performance, and experience,
along with reasons for progression of employment from previous employers. Further, I undertake that you or Verifier will be
requesting information from various central, state, and other agencies that maintain records concerning my past activities
relating to my driving, credit, criminal, civil, and other experiences.

I authorize, without reservation, any party or agency contacted by Trident Group & its associate companies or by Verifier to
furnish the above-mentioned information prior to or at any time during or post my employment. The information on this form
shall be used solely for the purpose of conducting background checks to determine employment eligibility and shall be
maintained in a confidential file, separate from the general personnel file. Verifier means any third party (including its
associated third parties) appointed by Trident Group & its associated companies for the verification of the employee.

I understand that some or all the information I have provided in this application form will be held as digitized or physica l
records as per the data retention period, contractually agreed between the employer and Verifier.

I hereby release all the persons and agencies providing such information from all claims, damages, or liabilities connected with
their release of any requested information.

I do hereby agree to forever release and discharge Trident Group & its associate companies to the full extent permitted by law
of land, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, or any other charge or complaint filed with any a gency
arising from the retrieval and reporting of information.
