C. Activity Analysis and Reflection

- For me, in this S.Y. 2022-2023, I’ve learned a lot in terms of giving first aids, the dos and don’ts
especially how to teach the students and tutees the right way and how to build relationships
with your students/tutees. It also helped me and my classmates to be knowledgeable about our
surroundings and be one of the responsible first aiders in the future.

- According to my experiences and the take aways from the seminars and activities that I’ve
attended to I can use it for me to perform future emergencies and share my knowledge also for
them to learn also the things that I had learned in my past seminars and classes.
- It contributed to my life because it changed my beliefs and the things that I knew back then,
NSTP also helps me to be more knowledgeable and be alert on the things that I might
encounter outside or inside the school.
