1. The blue screen happens when windows encounter a critical error that stops the
operating system running. The repair of her monitor will be faster if she requests a ticket
through the company's ITSM system. It would be better, and she would not be in trouble
and increase her problem.

2. Rachel first needs to know the importance of an ITSM system for her BPO Company
that is being started. This will help her not to have difficulty dealing with the requests of
her people. It will also make it easier for her to answer the questions and requests of
their clients and company personnel.

3. For me, I will not trust and buy online tools and software from sellers who do not have
an ITSM system. Not because of acting on things but to avoid problems that may be
encountered. If there is no ITSM System, how can we request questions about what we
bought from them? It is better to lead such an event than to regret it.
