1. What kind of personal information did you provide this website/app?

• I provided information about myself. Name, age, birthday, and school where I
studied. Information for my hobbies, skills for other people to see. On Facebook,
they also asked for information to create accounts, email and passwords that can
be used for the Facebook app. Using our Access Your Information tool, you may
get precise information about your Facebook activity, such as posts, images,
responses, comments, and messages, as well as other data. Using the Download
Your Information function, you can download a copy of the data you've given
Facebook.

2. Why would a company want to know who you are when you visit their websites or use
their apps?
• It is well known that Facebook tracks your online activity both on and off its site
to tailor your experience and give you relevant advertisements. You should be
aware of what data is being collected as Facebook collects data even when you
are not logged in. Your computer or mobile device may store tracking cookies
from Facebook. These cookies are data files that record details of your online
activities.
