PROMISSORY NOTE

I, JILMER ACADEMIA (Borrower), Filipino, of legal age, married to ____________________ and a

resident of ________________________________________, for value received on 22 September 2023,
hereby acknowledge my indebtedness to TESCO SERVICES, INC. (Lender);

I promise to pay the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php50,000.00) plus interest computed
at the rate of three percent (3%) per annum upon demand by TESCO SERVICES, INC. or through
unilateral assignment of any amounts due to me from TESCO SERVICES, INC.

Following any demand to pay, this PROMISSORY NOTE may be amended or cancelled by the
lender upon formal request of the borrower citing incapacity to pay or other acceptable reason.
