MOTIVATION (Ariane’s Part)

(1)
What is Motivation? According the dictionary, motivation are reasons for
acting in a particular way, it is presenting yourself with the exact reasons and facts
that makes you think and work only in one direction.

(5)
In my case, my family is the energy that pushes me to move and work.
Whenever the sky is cloudy, I think of them as my sunshine. And on the verge of
giving up, I look up to the sky and think of them and feel motivated to just go on with
life.s

(9)
There is a big difference between getting motivated and using that motivation
to achieve your target, honestly, the latter requires a lot of hard work.

(11)
As for me, it’s an on and off process. There are days that I feel the energy
100% and think that I could do anything, but sometimes I don’t feel doing anything.

(16)
Second, think of what’s the point to all of this, by setting massive goals, by
choosing goals that terrify us in their enormity, by embarking on a journey that you
don’t even know if you’ll be able to complete, you move closer and closer to reaching
our potential. The fact is we are all going to die anyway so what’s the point of limiting
ourselves.

(20)
You know, I struggle from waking up in the morning (or afternoon). It’s so hard
for me to get up and do chores or prepare lunch. It takes a great convincing push
from my head to actually get up and to.. move. Even studying, it takes an ounce of
push for me to open my notes and study. Why do you think is that? My parents
expect me to do well in school, but how? When I don’t have the energy to do so. As
of this moment, I feel so down, empty, unmotivated.

But, no matter how hard it is for me to push myself to get up every morning, to
eat and take care of myself, to go to school, I still do. No matter how loud the whisper
I hear that says “GIVE UP”, I scream back “NEVER”. Because, why? I still have a
reason. My family got my back. They are my sunshine, the light that pulls me from
the dark. My mother’s patience, my father’s perseverance, my sister’s presence, and
my brother’s embrace--these are my fuel. Everyday is a battle, but they are my guns,
and there is no greater weapon than love.

(24)
Keep this in mind that we all have motivation in our life it’s just that we tend to
forget and disregard it. Just remember that we have our very own different stimulus
to be motivated may it be big or small but as long as it makes us stay in track then it
is motivation.
