1. In analyzing a single text, why is it easier to analyze the text written by a

single author than by a multiple author?

- It’s because a single author is only focuses on one specific set of topic and themes within

their work. It analyzes the author’s messages or arguments and simplifies the task of the

thematic consistency. On the other hand, texts with multiple authors might has involvement

about contributions from the individuals with multiple perspectives and ideas, leading to a

extensive range of topics and themes among the texts.

2. One of the “don’ts” in analyzing or evaluating primary sources is to avoid

recreating the author’s experience of his society. Do you agree to this

statement? If yes, why? If no, why not?

- Yes, it’s important to avoid or prevent recreating the author’s experience of his society because

it might pertain showing ideas, values, and views about the past. It may lead to misinterpretations

and outdated facts.
