Remarks：
1.As per the defect qty provided by your QA team, the defect motor qty is 863 pcs during Jan to Dec 2015. In this period, the total PO qty is 2100000
pcs, which means the reject ratio is 0.4%. In the upcoming order, Kinte will keep improving the product percent of pass.
2.Since PO.1AGK151224, Kinte have provided 0.5% FOC spare part. It will keep providing in the upcoming order.
3. Regarding the defect motor 863 pcs, Kinte has provided the 1:1 replacement to Videocon on the last shipment of PO.1AGK151224,
i.e. ETD Feb. 6th,2016, which you shall be received.
4. For the motors shipped from Feb 2016, KINTE has made the quality rectification, please feedback the product quality status timely.
