DESCRIPTION : Progress Monitoring and Evaluation Data Sheet (ProMEDS)

tool includes all of the data required for school-based
execution of mandatory processes and school-based initiated
interventions for continuous improvement. This is a data
collecting tool for quarterly progress monitoring and
assessment, as well as a facility for establishing a school data
bank.

OBJECTIVES : 1. Offer immediate input on the effectiveness and

shortcomings of program implementation at the school level.

: 3. Identify enhancements to educational policies and

guidelines.

HIGHLIGHTS : The chairman of Progress Monitoring and Evaluation

Data Sheet (ProMEDS) presented the Key Results Areas
(KRAs) on ACCESS, QUALITY, and GOVERNANCE with the
corresponding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in graphical,
tabular, and textual Powerpoint Presentation.
