Agenda: Meeting with Guidance Counselor/designate to discuss the impact of HG
on learners.

- Sharing of experiences and observations on how learners are affected by HG
- Discussion on possible interventions to address the impact of HG on learners
- Setting of next steps and action plans

Meeting Highlights:
- The participants discussed the current situation of learners affected by HG, and
identified its impact on learners, such as stress, anxiety, and trauma.
- The participants shared their experiences and observations on how learners are
affected by HG, such as difficulty in concentrating, decreased motivation, and
emotional instability.
- The participants discussed possible interventions to address the impact of HG on
learners, such as counseling services, academic support, and community outreach
programs.
- The participants agreed to collaborate with the guidance counselor/designate in
developing action plans to address the impact of HG on learners.
- The participants set the next meeting date and time to review the progress of the
action plans.

Conclusion:
The meeting ended with a commitment to address the impact of HG on learners
through a collaborative effort between the advisers and the guidance

LEARNERS

1. Review of the meeting highlights
2. Progress report on the action plans
3. Discussion on the effectiveness of the interventions
4. Identification of next steps

Proceedings:

1. The meeting started with a review of the highlights of the previous meeting. The
participants discussed the current situation of learners affected by HG and its
impact on their well-being. The group also shared their experiences and
observations on how learners are affected by HG, including difficulty in
concentrating, decreased motivation, and emotional instability.
2. The participants presented their progress reports on the action plans they

MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON ORIENTATION OF HOMEROOM GUIDANCE
COMPETENCIES TO PARENTS

Date: September 9, 2022


Attendees: Parents, Guardians, Teachers

Agenda: Orientation of Homeroom Guidance Competencies to Parents

Minutes:
1. The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Marjorie G. Magtibay, Teacher-in-
Charge, the chairperson of the committee.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the orientation of homeroom
guidance competencies to parents.
3. Ms. Shyne B. Pulhin, Guidance Designate, explained the importance of this
orientation for parents, as it would help them understand the roles and
responsibilities of the homeroom guidance teacher in supporting the academic,
personal, and social development of their children.
4. The committee discussed the content that should be included in the orientation.
The following points were suggested:
a. Introduction to the homeroom guidance teacher and their role in the school.
b. Explanation of the competencies of the homeroom guidance teacher, including
academic guidance, personal and social guidance, and career guidance.
c. Overview of the activities and programs that the homeroom guidance teacher
will conduct throughout the school year.
d. Explanation of the importance of parent involvement and the ways in which
parents can support their children's development.
5. It was suggested that the orientation be conducted at the beginning of the school
year, during a parent-teacher meeting or an open house event.
6. The committee discussed the format of the orientation. It was suggested that the
orientation should be conducted in person, with a presentation followed by a Q&A
session.
7. Mrs. Anjanette A. Pagcaliwagan, volunteered to create the presentation and
coordinate the orientation with the school administration.
8. The committee agreed that the orientation would be beneficial for parents and
would help them better understand the role of the homeroom guidance teacher in
supporting their children's development.
9. The meeting was adjourned by Mr. Bienvenido H. Caponpon Jr., thanking
everyone for their participation.
