The Customer requests, and DTRG Network is willing to provide, the following services in
accordance with the Term and Annual Monetary Commitment options chosen by the Customer, as
indicated below, and the terms and conditions set out below and on the following page.

Costing and specification: -

1. Software
Software will be based on requirement provided. Our proposal includes following module

NOTE:
The above software modules price is for yearly basis charge. But it can be negotiated in case of
exclusive module has to be developed as per your organization. The time and cost can be negotiating
based on mutual understanding between your organization and the DTRG Network team.

Registration free for domain name and web space is only for one year and will have to recharge
every year.
b. Other Costing and Hardware infrastructure setup
Other necessary settings for running software such as Computer / Printer / Server etc.
can be setup up under DTRG OR by any other parties but it has to meet DTRG’s
specification for secure and reliable output.

2. Regular Maintenance Cost

a. The software cost above is monthly basis charge which includes
- 1 week’s software training by DTRG experts.
- 10 AM – 5 PM free online supports.
b. Extra Training Cost
- No Extra training cost inside Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur
- Extra Charges will be applicable outside Kathmandu valley which will be
negotiate communicate with the clients.
c. For Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance:
- Can be negotiating if needed.
d. Domain based email
- Can be negotiate if necessary.

3. Terms of Payment:
a. Yearly subscription.

Please be informed that above cost for the corresponding services are exclusive of any Legal Tax
Including VAT.

In addition to the terms and conditions set out on this page and on the following pages, the
Customer understands and agrees that this Agreement and the provision of the Services are subject
to the terms and conditions, as may be amended. And mutual understanding on both parties, the
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions set out in the quotation list, in
place at the time of such forbearance and/or revocation, shall remain in force and effect and shall
continue to apply, as modified by DTRG from time to time upon notice to Customer by DTRG.

The Customer hereby acknowledges all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement set out
on this page and the following page and represents that same were read, understood, and
agreed to prior to the execution of this Agreement.

Terms and Conditions

• The provision of Services hereunder is subject, in order of precedence, to the terms and
conditions contained in the Quotation of the DTRG, any of which may be amended from time to
time with notice, and the terms and conditions contained herein.

• The Customer may change the requirement, upon providing with a minimum of thirty (30)
days written notice and subject to DTRG’s approval, increase the Term of this Agreement by
extending beyond the original Term. Upon DTRG’s approval, the new price for the increased Term
will apply for the Extension of work. For purposes of this Agreement, following any such
amendment shall mean the period of time of this Agreement as extended by the Customer.

• The Customer agrees to maintain its subscription with DTRG for the Services throughout the
Term in respect of the same quantity of: Above Listed Services, as at the Effective Date of this
Agreement.

• For the Terms and Annual Monetary Commitment agreed to by Customer and Customer’s
agreement in paragraph 3 above. The Customer acknowledges that this Agreement shall
automatically renew for successive periods of time equal in length to the Term under the same
terms and conditions, unless Customer provides DTRG with written notice of its desire not to have
this Agreement renewed at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Term.

• DTRG may provide a non-renewal notice to the Customer any time prior to the end of the
Term. For the purposes of this Agreement, following any such renewal, “Term” shall mean such
renewed period of time.

• Customer agrees to pay an under Regular Maintenance Cost fee as per listed in the
quotation. Fee should be provided at the beginning of the year.

• Customer agrees to pay as per DTRG’s direction for extra modules of Software and
deployments. Any changes or requirements, after approval by concerned person, will be count as
extra and charge accordingly.

• Customer agrees to pay as per software module basis. Extra features will charge extra even
for the same module once accomplished.

• For the extra terms and Annual Monetary Commitment listed above on this page and
following pages attached herewith will not be valid with this contract.

• Customer agreed not to claim for the rest of annual monetary commitment in case of
amendment or any other discontinuity from customer in between the commitment period.
