requirement of AMC of Mahindra Powerol Genset 45 KVA.

1. Annual charges for AMC are Rs. 60000/ -

2. AMC Period will be 1 year i.e 01.04.2023 - 31.03.2024

Detailed Scope of Work:
The following are the type of preventive services which shall be provided by the vendor.
I.General:
1. 1. Scheduled Scope
B & C checks maintenance as per maintenance norms. Scheduled/Preventive Maintenance Visits as agreed in thecontract. 4 visits
in One Year.
1.2. General Engine Performance Checks:
l.2. l. Diagnosis of faults
1.3. Recording in the log books for visits made, work done, updating of next preventive maintenance check, visitdates, hours
and due on etc.
2. Lube System
2.1. Engine Oil Replacement in B & C Checks
2.2. Checking for proper functioning of sensors and safety controls in terms of checking the connections and tenninalsand visual
inspections
2.3. Checking oflube oil pressure
3.Air System and Exhaust
3.1. Cleaning of air filters and changing them if required. Compressed dry air provision should be provided byDTG/BHEL.
3.2. Checking for proper condition of Hoses and Clamps3.3.Checking
for proper condition of vacuum Indicator 3.4.Checking of any
Exhaust leakages
3.5.Checking visually the exhaust smoke (Level/colour)3.6.Checking of Rain Caps
4. Cooling System
4.1. Checking and adjustment of belt tension, fan and water pump belt4.2.Checking
of coolant concentration and top up if required.
43.Checking of radiator cap/Raw Water Strainer Where Provision is available4.4.Checking the condition
of Hoses and Clamps
4.5. Checking for the proper functioning of sensors and safety controls by checking the connections and terminals andvisual
inspection ·
4.6. Any visible coolant leakages to be arrested - the hoses/clamps/any part as required doing so as arranged byDTG/BHEL
5.Fuel System
5.1. Checking of the condition of Hoses and Clamps
5.2. Checking for any fuel leakage and arresting them
5.3. Checking of the fuel tank Breather
5.4. Draining of water from water separator fuel tank (as applicable)
5.5. Checking of fuel level indicators
6.Engine controls and Starting System
6.1. Checking of wire connections and proper functioning of self-starter
6.2. Checking of wire connections and proper function of charging alternator/charger
6.3. Checking for proper functioning of the instruments on the dash board/PCC
7.Base Alternator
7.1. General cleaning of alternator with a hand blower once in a year
7.2. Checking of the wiring system for any loose and dry connections
7.3. AVR- Adjustment, if required and Tightening of terminals
8. Miscellaneous.
8.1. Checking battery charger
8.2. Checking proper functioning of the meters and selector switches

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

To assist users of Mahindra & Mahindra .OG Set and to obtain maximum possible
machine availability at the lowest operational cost, we offer the following engine
inspection & service contract to you.

OBJECTIVES

1. To ensure maximum availabilify and reliability of your engine/generator.


2. To maintain maximum output/fuel economy.
3. To reduce o_peration and maintenance cost I

4. To avoid surprise breakdown by timely scheduled maintenance.
5. To provide operation and maintenance guidelines to the operating
personnel.
6. To plan in advance for spare parts requirements management of inventory.
7. To enhance reliability.

BENEFITS TO USER

1. We provide proper guidelines of preventive maintenance & replacement schedule


keeping in mind the designed parameters of each component.
2. Since our technician's visits to your plant, we monitor all parameters of engines & do
trend analysis of various parameters and hence can plan forthcoming repairs in
advance. Therefore, there are no surprise expensive breakdowns.
3. We also maintain complete history of engine & allied systems and keep records of
various components, which are part of commissioning . Hence, at any point of time
we are in a position to guide & give you a complete product support back-up.
4. Our technicians are well equipped with normal & special tools for all models of
Mahindra & Mahindra engines/Dg Sets.
5. - -We provide guidelines to the customer.Jor moplfic.ations, changes & product up
gradation resulting out of technical advancement, thereby any customer in case
wants to update the machine in order to get better output, facilities are made
available.
6. We may also provide alternative manpower or expert in a particular field from
Mahindra & Mahindra Or OEM
7. Above all, a small piece of advice at appropriate time from an expert can save·
expensive repairs and of course precious time. .
8. To operate Dg set with optimum inputs and thereby saving money.
LIMITS OF TH E PROPOSAL

1. The maintenance contract is taken for the Dg Set, which is in working order, and not
for carrying out any major repairs or overhaul. In case the machine requires any
major repair or overhaul, a separate estimate/offer will be submitted and DG set will
be repaired it agreed upon. All consumables will be on customer's account
2. All preventive maintenance spares, breakdown spares and consumables will be
provided at your door on chargeable basis, Machining charges etc, if any shall be on
Customer account.
3. Due to forced reasons, if we are unable to depute our technician as per schedule we
shall organize to send technician on next ea_rliest possible time with prior intimation
and subsequent confirmation from your end.
4. We reserve the rights to call back our technician and provide replacement if
compelled by unavoidable and unforeseei:-i accidental circumstances.
5. In case the advance is consumed before completion of 12 months due to extra days
spent in same visits, the customer shall pay extra amount at the time of continuity or
renewal of the contract.
6. Customer will sign the reports prepared by our technicians
7. Customer has to use all M&M genuine spares/oils from M&M only. Non-genuine
/spurious spares cannot be used by our tech. under AMC agreement.

Note: - If our technician found Battery Discharging Problem at the site so it will be not
Under AMC Agreement.

If our technician found at the site Diesel is not in the Engine so it will be not
Covered under AMC Agreement.
