the purchase of parcel of land covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
NO.5467 covering an area of FORTY FIVE SQUARE METERS AND FIVE
DECIMETERS (45.5), from the BUYER, y, of legal age, Filipinos and with residence
address at San Antonio, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro;

2. That, We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and
to attest that I have already received the Full Payment of ONE MILLION THREE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY(Php1,300,000.00), from the buyer , y for the
purchase of the above-mentioned parcel of land.
