PRODUCT OVERVIEW
FLOWMIX® 3000HM-ES is PCE that has different chemical structure from typical PCE. It is designed for high early
compressive strength concrete. So it is the best choice for cold season construction as well as precast concrete.
Especially, it makes low stickiness concrete with good workability and shows stable performance at hot temperature as
well as high alkali condition..

GUIDELINES FOR USE

 Recommended dosage range of 0.3~1.0liters/100kgs of binders on a basis of undiluted solution. (With using

average concrete ingredients).

 Because of variations in job conditions and concrete materials, mixing trials are recommended to find an ideal

dosage for each case.

230kg DRUM, 1,100kg IBC and by BULK DELIVERY (21,000kg)

PRODUCT NOTES
 Excessive use: segregations or set retardation may occur.

 Frozen: When FLOWMIX® 3000HM-ES is frozen, check its performance before use.

 Compatibility: When FLOWMIX® 3000HM-ES is used in conjunction with other admixtures, its proper performance
 may not be secured.

 Others: Please contact one of our sales representatives for any other product defects.

 Appearance: Colorless

 Total Solid Contents: Approx. 50%

 Specific Gravity: 1.10 ± 0.03 at 20℃

 pH: 3.5 ± 1.0

 Viscosity (Brookfield Viscometer, cps): 600

STORAGE
FLOWMIX® 3000HM-ES should be stored above freezing temperatures in a sealed container. Please check the

performance of FLOWMIX® 3000HM-ES before use when the product stored more than 12 months.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

FLOWMIX® 3000HM-ES contains no hazardous materials and is completely transport class free. However, it is

recommended to use standard handling procedures with the product. Wear gloves and eye protection and wash

splashes to the skin with soap and water at the end of shifts or at breaks. For further information consult the Material
