POLYCARBOXYLATE HIGH-RANGE WATER REDUCING ADMIXTURE
– FOR ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH (ABOVE 150MPa)

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
FLOWMIX® 3000U, air-entraining high-range water-reducing, liquid admixture is based on polycarboxylate technology
FLOWMIX® 3000U significantly lowers viscosity and retains flowability of concrete with very low W/C (Below 25%).

BENEFITS
 Effective in high strength concrete manufacture with its superior dispersions

 Minimizes property change of concrete upon elapsed time change

 Less segregation enables to produce concrete with outstanding durability

 Reducing drying shrinkage by minimizing the unit quantity of water

 Effective in high liquidity concrete manufacture

 Enables control of water reducing rate and slump retention

APPLICATIONS
 Producing high quality concrete (High strength and high liquidity concrete)

 Super-high rise building

 Concrete with very low W/C ratio (less than 25%)

GUIDELINES FOR USE

 Recommended dosage rate for FLOWMIX® 3000U is 1.0 ~ 4.0% of cementitious materials (With using average

concrete ingredients).

 Because of variations in job conditions and concrete materials, mixing trials are recommended to find an ideal

dosage for each case.

200 LITERS DRUM, 1,000 LITERS IBC Tank and by BULK DELIVERY

PRODUCT NOTES
 Excessive use: segregations or set retardation may occur.

 Frozen: When FLOWMIX® 3000U is frozen, check its performance before use.

 Compatibility: When FLOWMIX® 3000U is used in conjunction with other admixtures, its proper performance may

not be secured.
 Others: Please contact one of our sales representatives for any other product defects.

 Specific Gravity: 1.07 ± 0.05 at 20℃

 pH: 5.0 ± 1.5

 Alkali Contents (%): Less than 0.1

 Chloride Contents (%): Less than 0.1

STORAGE
FLOWMIX® 3000U should be stored above freezing temperatures in a sealed container. Please check the performance

of FLOWMIX® 3000U before use when the product stored more than 6 months.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

FLOWMIX® 3000U contains no hazardous materials and is completely transport class free. However, it is recommended

to use standard handling procedures with the product. Wear gloves and eye protection and wash splashes to the skin

with soap and water at the end of shifts or at breaks. For further information consult the Material Safety Data Sheet for
