No.9975/MP2/HUDA/93, situated at Central Park, Phase-I, of
KONDAPUR VILLAGE, Serilingampally Mandal, Under GHMC
Serilingampally Circle, Ranga Reddy District, in favour of the purchasers
namely:

about 70 years, R/o. House No.2-75, Chalivendrapalem, Near Neppalli
Maseed, Ankunuru, Krishna, A.P-521245.
NOW KNOWN YOU ALL AND THESE PRESENTS that I do hereby appoint
Sri. AMRUTH RAMA RAO, to be my true and lawful attorney for the above
said purpose.

I do hereby agrees to ratify and confirms all deeds & acts and whatever our
said attorney shall or purport to do or caused to be lawfully done by virtue of
this Special Power of Attorney in respect of the presentation and admission
of the above said Sale Deed and to complete the Registration of the said
document only.
