in Survey No.110/1, admeasuring 150.00 Sq.yards or 125.4 Sq.Mtrs.,
(out of 300 Sq.yards) vide HUDA Approved Layout Permit
No.9975/MP2/HUDA/93, situated at Central Park, Phase-I, of
KONDAPUR VILLAGE, Serilingampally Mandal, Under GHMC
Serilingampally Circle, Ranga Reddy District, in favour of the purchasers
namely:

about 70 years, R/o. House No.2-75, Chalivendrapalem, Near Neppalli
Maseed, Ankunuru, Krishna, A.P-521245.

ii). Smt. D. GAYATRI, W/o. Sri. DODDIGOLLA MALLIKARJUNA, aged

about 29 years, R/o. 5/216, A Thimmapuram, Appecherla,
Ananthapuramu, A.P-515455.

iii). Smt. M SUVARNA, W/o. Sri. M RAMANJINEYULU, aged about 43

years, R/o. A Thimmapuram, Appecherla, Ananthapuramu, A.P-515455

iv). Smt. PEDDAYALLAPPAGARI NAGASWAPNA, W/o. Sri. KANCHAM

2. The above said sale deed is to be presented and registered in the

concerned Registrar Office.

3. As I am un-able to present the above said Sale Deed for registration

and admit my execution of the above said sale deed as and when
required. I therefore appoint: Sri. AMRUTH RAMA RAO, S/o. AMRUTH
SUGAPPA, aged about 62 years, R/o. House No.4-5-14/2, Ward No.12,
Dhoolpet, Narayanapet Mandal, Narayanapet, Mahaboobnagar, T.S-
509210. PAN:AEPPA1575B, Aadhaar No.6360 8975 8641, to be my
lawful attorney to attend the concerned Registrar Office, to present THE
ABOVE SAID sale deed on my behalf for which the said Attorney has
agreed to do so.

NOW KNOWN YOU ALL AND THESE PRESENTS that I do hereby appoint
Sri. AMRUTH RAMA RAO, to be my true and lawful attorney for the above
said purpose.

I do hereby agrees to ratify and confirms all deeds & acts and whatever our
said attorney shall or purport to do or caused to be lawfully done by virtue of
this Special Power of Attorney in respect of the presentation and admission
of the above said Sale Deed and to complete the Registration of the said
document only.
