A：if the anchor is ＜22M, the regular share is 50%---daily

B：if the anchor is ≥22M， the regular share is 55%--daily

C：if the anchor is ≥45M，the regular share is 60%--daily

D：if the anchor is ≥62M， the regular share is 65%--daily

E：if the anchor is ≥120M， the regular share is 70%--daily

F：if the anchor is ≥152M， the regular share is 72%--daily

4.The Agency acknowledges and declares that when using the Service,

they will abide by the laws and regulations of the governing law here of

and the laws of the other relevant jurisdictions, and shall not commit the

following acts:

1)Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national

unity, or infringing on national image and public morals;

2)Promoting cults and superstitions;

3)Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social

stability;
 4)Promoting obscenity, gambling, violence or abeDreaming,

conspiring crimes;

5)Insulting or slandering any third parties or infringing the rights or

interests of any third parties;

6)Endangering social ethics or national cultural traditions;

7)Broadcasting any contents not legally authorized, including, but not

limited to, movies, dramas, animations, videos, competitions,

events.......etc.

8)Presenting illegal, false, fraudulent advertisements and any

advertisements with pyramid scheme nature.

5.Dream Live has the right to review the content of the Streamer’s

broadcasting in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, this

Agreement and relevant platform rules (if any). If any content during the

live broadcasting violates applicable laws or regulations, this Agreement,

or the relevant platform rules (if any), or infringes the interests of Dream

Live or of any third party, Dream Live has the right to suspend the

Agency’s live broadcasting, either temporarily or permanently, delete the

content at issue, freeze or register the relative account

The following actions will not be paid:

1. Open multiple apps at the same time

2. Talk about or promote other live streaming apps within the app

3. Publish private contact information to users, including instagram

id, phone number, or other contact information

4. Pull user private transaction behavior

5. Disrespecting local religions
