HRPTA Meeting Grade VI – Amethyst
SY 2023 - 2024

I. Objectives:
1. To inform parents and discussed classroom rules for SY 2023- 2024
2. To elect HRPTA Officers of Grade VI-Amethyst for SY 2023 - 2024
II. Narrative
The meeting was held on September 8, 20203 at 3:45 pm at Grade VI- Amethyst Classroom under
the advisory of Mrs. Rosela C. Polante, which started with a prayer. The teacher discussed the classroom
rules and learner’s welfare. She discussed about the things to do’s and don’ts during class hours. During the
meeting, the teacher told the parents/guardians that teachers will foster a safe and welcoming learning
environment for pupils during class hours as well as when they are inside the school campus. She also told
them that teachers will ensure that learners are on task and that every moment they spend in school will be
productive. Thus, teachers will have to be patient and considerate to the learners because their well-being is
important.
Election of HRPTA Officers followed.
The meeting ended successfully.
