Our motherly PSDS, Dr. Maxima Bandiola, esteemed faculty members, proud parents, and my fellow
students, ladies and gentlemen, good morning.

First of all, I want to express my sincere gratitude to our SDS Dr. Lorna Bugayong for entrusting me with
this challenge. I gladly accept and am fully committed to giving it my best effort.

Today, I stand before you with immense gratitude and humility as I assume the role as your new School
Head. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve this wonderful school community, and I will deeply
commit myself to working tirelessly to uphold your traditions of excellence for the past years.

As I look out at this gathering of bright minds and enthusiastic hearts, I am reminded of the
immense potential that resides within each of us. This school has always been a place of learning,
growth, and empowerment, a place filled with love and care for the little learners of Barangay Bachelor
West, and it is my fervent belief that I, together with all of you, fellow teachers, my fellow school heads
in the district of Natividad, parents, Barangay Officials and the entire community, will continue to
nurture and amplify the talents of every student who walks through our doors.

Our journey ahead is one filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. We live in a world
that is constantly evolving, where adaptability, creativity, and resilience are the keys to success. Our
duty as educators and students is not only to excel academically but also to become compassionate,
responsible, and forward-thinking individuals who can make a positive impact on the world.

To achieve this, we must continue to foster an environment of love, compassion, care, and unity
where every voice is heard and respected. Our differences are not obstacles but rather the building
blocks of our collective strength. Together, we can create Eulogio Arciaga ES as a school community that
celebrates our unique backgrounds and perspectives while working toward common goals.

To my new colleagues, and the PTA, to be honest, I am a bit nervous of how you are going to
accept me, but it is my fervent hope that you welcome we dearly, with open arms, as I, am very sure
that I will be your guide, partner, mentor and friend, who will be willing to fight for you and with you as
we foster the best education for our learners.

In closing, let us remember that a great school is not just a place of learning; it is a place of
inspiration, empowerment, and transformation. Together, as a united school community, we will
continue to inspire and empower the future leaders, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow.

Thank you for entrusting me with this important role. Let us embark on this exciting journey
with enthusiasm, determination, and a shared commitment to the success and well-being of every
member of our school family. Together, we will reach new heights and create a brighter future for all.
