Shimri discussed key learnings from the third chapter of the Brief History of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Specifically, she learned about the organizational development era and the issues pioneers faced in systematically organizing the church. While parts were difficult to understand alone, Shimri was able to find answers through independent research and friends. For the next class, she hopes to have a real discussion for better interactivity and learning. She also hopes future classes can be face-to-face as online classes have challenges with her slow internet requiring independent understanding.

1. What went well? Or what new thing did you learn?
About the Era of Organizational Development in the third chapter of the Brief History of the Seventh-day Adventist Church by George Knight. It tackled the issues that our pioneers had encountered to be able to gain breakthroughs from the issues in organizing the church in the past and how they strived hard with the blessings from above to create a systematic way of running the SDA church. 2. What would you like to improve? It could be about yourself or about the class. There were parts that I cannot quite understand but with the help of God, I was able to find answers in my questions through the help of the internet and my friends. I hope to have a real discussion next class so it will be interactive and a lot will be learned. 3. Any questions/challenges about the class session? I hope the next class will be face to face classes already. Online classes has been qu ite difficult because of the slow internet we have and so we have to understand it on our own but I believe it will be a better discussion if some professional in this area will be able to help us.
