Botanically categorized as a grass and not a tree, bamboo just might be the world’s most sustainable resource. Bamboo does

As the fastest growing plant on Earth, Bamboo is an excellent partner to the ecosystem. Some species have been measured to
grow over 4 feet in 24 hours. A pole of bamboo can regenerate to its full mass in just six months! Bamboo can be continuously
re-harvested every 3 years, without causing damage to the plant system and surrounding environment.Bamboo is the fastest
growing plant on this planet and provides the best canopy for the greening of degraded lands. Its stands release 35% more
oxygen than equivalent stands of trees. Bamboo can also lower light intensity and protects against ultraviolet rays.

Bamboo is harvested and replenished with no impact to the environment. It can be selectively harvested annually and is capable
of complete regeneration without need to replant. Bamboo is an enduring natural resource and provides income, food, and
housing to over 2.2 billion people worldwide.

Bamboo is a fascinating material due to its incredible strength, regenerative properties, and its natural aesthetic beauty. Bamboo
has thousands of uses including airplane "skins", aphrodisiacs, blinds, brushes, crafts, desalination filters, diesel fuel, fly-fishing
poles, flooring, food, furniture, medicine, musical instruments, ornaments, paper, rope, scaffolding, umbrellas, walking sticks,
wind chimes and many, many, more. In structural engineering tests, bamboo has a higher tensile strength than many alloys of
steel, and a higher compressive strength than many mixtures of concrete. Bamboo has been used as the standard building
material for the majority of the world for thousands of years. There are many examples of buildings constructed entirely of
bamboo, which are now several hundred years old. Due to their strength, these structures have even withstood 9.0 magnitude
earthquakes.

It is believed that if bamboo were planted on a mass basis it could completely reverse the effects of global warming in just 6
years, and provide a renewable source of food, building material, and erosion prevention.

Thomas Edison also used bamboo as rebar for the reinforcement of his swimming pool. To this day, the pool has never leaked.
Alexander Graham Bell used bamboo for the first phonograph needle. Bamboo survived the atomic bomb at Hiroshima and
provided the first re-greening after the blast in 1945.

With a tensile strength superior to mild steel (withstands up to 52,000 pounds of pressure psi) and a weight-to-strength ratio
surpassing that of graphite, bamboo is the strongest growing woody plant on earth.

There is a suspension bridge in China 250 yards long, 9 foot wide and rests entirely on bamboo cables fastened over the water.
It doesn't have a single nail or piece of iron in it.

Used in ladders, scaffolding and construction, bamboo is twice as stable as oak, walnut and teak.

with silk and cashmere – and eco friendly cachet, bamboo has gained entry throughout the fashion industry.

You need to ensure that they don't come in direct contact with the ground. Direct contact to ground will make poles
decayed ,same reason, you must seal exposured end or cut bamboo at the knots at the top end
In order to avoild insects and mildew,you need to get rid of sweet in bamboo poles ; Bamboo poles should be bleaching treated
and naturally dried and then cured before it is ready to be sold. meanwhile,the wax was also removed ,so a regualr finishing
process is neccessory, It would be better if you put bamboo poles impregnated into outdoor plant oil
Any outdoor natural product will start to break down over time. Bamboo is no different. Eventually it will go to dry out and shrink
during sunshine and dry climate,and swell out when suck moisutre during humidity weather ; which cause cracking due to
exposure to the weather. The only way to preserve it is to fasten by ropes when the poles appears cracking

Unless otherwise noted our hinges are designed to work equally well with your Face Frame or Frameless styled cabinetry .
Included with each of our hinge kits is everything you will need for an easy installation; the hinge, the hinge plate and attachment
screws. If we drill the hinge holes at our plant, attachment of the hinge to the door requires only a small hammer and is perfectly
aligned every time as we drill the hole for the hinge as well as the holes for the mounting dowels in one pass for a perfect
alignment every time.

All hinges are sold individually, order the appropriate number of hinges for the height of your doors. Doors up to 24" wide x 37"
high should have 2 hinges Doors 24" wide x 38" to 70" high should have 3 hinges Doors 24" wide x 71" to 90" high should have
4 hinges

When ordering hinges specify Single Hole Boring Pattern or 3 Hole Boring Pattern

Our standard dovetail drawer has 5/8" thick solid wood sides and a 3/8" plywood bottom!
Natural Soft Maple Dovetail Drawers: Natural grade material will have some variations in color, open knots are cut out, small
knots may be filled. Natural soft maple has a sapwood color of bright white to slight gray cast & the heartwood is brown or brown
cast. Natural material normally yields a higher amount of the sapwood than heartwood & may also have some hard maple pieces
intermixed, which has the same colors.
Budget-Grade Dovetail Drawers: These are made of various wood species (usually poplar and paint-grade material) that has
been glued up into panels. It is solid material with open knots removed, small knots may be filled, color is natural but normally
yields a high amount of color. The only reason we call it budget grade is because the glue lines sometimes do not run straight,
they might be on an angle.
Drawer Box Construction Specifications:
All materials are cut & machined using computer controlled saws & dovetailing equipment insuring accuracy & squareness.
All joinery & bottom are adequately glued making the drawer perfectly square & extremely strong.
Dovetails are 3/8" long 1/2" wide & 1/2" thick for added strength & high-end appearance.
Standard heights range from 2” through 10” in whole numbers, heights may be customized to your specifications, see drawer box
options below.
Drawer bottoms are recessed up 1/2" & glued into all sides for added strength and stability. Bottom materials will be 3/8" maple
or birch, unless specified for preference.
Top edge of drawer box features a high-end square edge for a custom hand-made appearance.

Veneer is a thin slice of real wood, therefore is acts like wood, will stain or paint like wood & will stain up to match other wood
products in your project. If you need to cover a large area veneer is easy to seam. Edges are cut straight at factory or cut pieces
can be trimmed straight with the use of a straight edge & a sharp utility knife. Veneer can be wrapped around curves & angles
with ease. Veneer is intended to be applied to a solid surface, veneer alone without being applied to a rigid surface is not
suggested. When applying veneer be sure to clean all surfaces with a quality degreaser cleaner. Do not use mineral spirits to
clean surfaces.
Hot Melt Glue Backed items have a dry glue on the back of the product that is activated by heat. This product has superior
holding power, can be reheated for removal or reposition & works well on uneven or rough surfaces. A common household iron
or heat gun are the tools of choice for applying this product. We suggest that you only apply finishes to this item after it is
installed.
P.S.A. / Peel & Stick Backed (P.S.A. -Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) is a peel & stick
3M product with incredible holding power. Simply peel off the wax paper backing to
expose a layer of glue. Sheets or strips are easily applied to existing cabinet faces,
ends, etc. A utility knife, stiff plastic scraper (putty knife) and a pair of sharp scissors
are generally the only tools required for installation of this product. This product does
not bond well to unfinished wood & as always surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned to achieve long lasting results. This product
can be prefinished prior to installation. Detailed instructions are included with P.S.A. sheets.
Application tips for PSA Veneer Sheets
Paper Backed & Fleece Backed items require the use of contact cement or other bonding agent of your choice. Contact cement
is available at most hardware stores & directions for use of these adhesives are on the can. If you use contact cement be sure
the product can be applied with roller or brush & don't forget to pick up some disposable brushes or rollers & a disposable tray.
Many stores also carry contact adhesive in a convenient spray can, our own tests have shown that 3M Spray 90 works well for
most applications. This product can be prefinished prior to installation. Thickness of paper backed and fleece backed items is 10
mils. (approx thickness of 2 business cards)
Wood On Wood (a.k.a W.O.W.) Wood on wood laminate is composed of two wood veneer faces permanently bonded with the
grain of the face running perpendicular to the grain on the back. The result is a dimensionally stable product which minimizes the
wood veneer's natural tendency to expand and contract across the grain. There is no bubbling with the W.O.W. There is no
cracking or checking and no lines from the phenolic or foil backer like before. **** Application Tips ****
