Dear Madam Principal,

Greetings!

I am writing to inform you that I plan to conduct reading interventions to struggling elementary
learners in the afternoon starting on May 15, 2023. This intervention will focus on the learners who
were diagnosed as non- readers. Learners shall be grouped according to their level and shall have
proper schedule in going to school.

Furthermore, parents shall be informed of this intervention during the Third Quarter Homeroom
Parent- Teacher Conference and rest assured that waiver shall be given to them.

Below is the matrix of the reading intervention.

This reading intervention shall be conducted until the end of May 2023 and its schedule may change
following the changes of the class programs.
